Life Insurance

There are two basic types of life insurance products and Weblife provides both:

  • Term Insurance (temporary) and
  • Whole Life (permanent insurance).  All other types of life insurance (universal life, for example) are variations or hybrids of the two.

Once the policy or contract is in effect, premiums are expected to be paid at the due date (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly). Once issued and placed, no life insurance contract can be unilaterally cancelled by the life insurance company – only by you.

There are advantages and disadvantages to owning either Term Life Insurance or Whole Life Insurance which can only be properly determined on a case by case basis.
